“SCWF has provided me so many opportunities to enjoy the natural treasures of our state. They offered me educational opportunities in the classroom and in the field. We have hiked the forests and mountains of SC, explored the Piedmont and Sandhills regions, and wandered about our Lowcountry swamps and beaches. I learned about gardening, hunting, fishing, geology, birding, botany, reptiles and mammals, insects and tides, and so much more. I have met so many wonderful new people I now call friends. And, when I go home, they continue on, hard at work, teaching our youth about the natural world, assisting our hunters, fishermen, and landowners, and interacting with our legislators to guide the management of our natural resources so that future generations will have the treasures we now enjoy. My life is significantly enhanced by SCWF and what they have provided to me and my family. I look forward to many more years of participating with them.”
